Swimming with Pre Schoolers
Alpine Aqualand is a lovely environment to come swimming with your young children. Whether you want to just relax and have fun or start your child on the learn to swim pathway, we have the ideal pools, lessons and facilities to suit you.
Family Change Rooms
We have four self-contained family change rooms with baby change tables, benches, showers, toilets and locked doors in each. Both open pigeon holes and secure lockers are available just outside the change rooms for storage of your clothing and towels.
Toddler’s Pool
Our specially designed toddler pool varies from 3 to 30cm deep and is perfect for splashing around in. Whether you have a new born or a preschooler, they’ll just love the bubblers, the mushroom fountain and the waterfall – and so will you, as it’s both a fun and safe environment. Pool temperature: 32°C.
Learner’s Pool
Our learners pool varies from 90cm to 1.2m deep and has been designed specifically for teaching the life skill of swimming. Our Aqualand Swim School lessons are held in here until students are ready to progress to deeper pools. We can cater from babies and pre-schoolers all the way through to adults. We also offer classes for those with physical and intellectual disabilities. For details on the different swim lessons available, please click here.

Fun Filled Leisure Pool
Our leisure pool is designed for both family play and gentle exercise. It features a 37m lazy river for floating around or aqua jogging (if you’re feeling energetic) and is filled with lots of floating toys for anyone to play with. Pool temperature: 32°C.
Sunday Family Fun Days!
Every Sunday between 12noon and 4pm we pull out the toys at Alpine Aqualand for our Family Funday – from donut rings to our giant inflatable rugby field. There’s even a tasty lunchtime sausage sizzle (weather dependent). Just $3 per child, $8 per adult or just $6 for Adult & Toddler (under 5 years). So bring the kids along and jump in the warm waters of Alpine Aqualand for some great family fun!
