Media Release: Digital personal training tool launches with Free Demo Day!

This Saturday 18 February Queenstown’s fitness community will have the opportunity of a free trial of PT in Your Ear, a revolutionary new digital personal training tool, at Alpine Health & Fitness.
Sarah Cole from Funktional Fitness, who created the PT (Personal Trainer) in Your Ear training tool, will be holding three 30 minute demonstration sessions at 10am, 11am and 12 noon on the main oval at the Queenstown Events Centre with assistance from colleagues Richie Lambert and Andi Rapley. Everyone who comes to the demo sessions will also go in the draw to win a prize pack of four different PT in Your Ear workouts valued at over $200 to take home and use anytime, anywhere on their own.
The PT in Your Ear digital training tool is designed to provide you with a personal trainer whenever it’s convenient for you. The personal trainer will totally engage, instruct, motivate and guide you through a fantastic 30 minute workout set to funky music. Each set of exercises is time based and there are easier & harder options for variety and progression. All workouts come with a visual cue card to clearly show you how to execute each exercise correctly. There are currently four different workouts to choose from with more on the way.
