Zumba Mania
zumba.jpgZumba mania has hit Alpine Health and Fitness and to help get everybody into the groove Lakes Leisure is hosting heaps of Zumba-pumping activities.

Help spread the Latin fever and bring along your friends and family to shake their booties at the latest and hippest form of exercise to have taken the world by storm.

Zumba is a work-out that fuses rhythmic Latin music and tantalizing dance moves to create a dynamic workout system that is fun and easy for everyone to do.

Routines have interval training sessions where fast and slow movements and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while also burning fat.

In recent years, the Zumba programme has become nothing short of an international revolution, spreading like wildfire to become one of the fastest growing movements in the fitness industry’s history.

Since May 2010 Zumba has been taught at over 60,000 locations in 105 countries, has sold millions of DVDs, and has changed the lives of fitness fanatics worldwide with an astonishing 7.5 million people taking part in Zumba classes every week.

Come and join the party!  Alpine Health & Fitness will host FREE sessions for adults at 7:00pm on Tuesday 6 July and Tuesday 13 July. Click here for details.
