Community and Recreation

Lakes Leisure offer fantastic sports and leisure activities for all ages. Presently we offer the following programmes:

Children’s Holiday Programmes
Children’s Rockclimbing Classes
Children’s Tennis Lessons
6-Aside Cricket
Volleyball
Basketball

We continually work with local community groups to develop new and innovative leisure and social activities and sports leagues.

The Queenstown Events Centre also hosts the Queenstown Bridge Club, Arrowtown Badminton Club, Indoor Social Netball, Housie and children’s Mini Muscles classes.

Sports Equipment Hire

You can hire a range of sports equipment from reception at the Queenstown Events Centre for $5 per item. Please note that you will be required to leave a credit card with reception as security until the hired item is returned.
